Warranty and Return Policy

All products offered by Dion Furniture Design are custom-made upon order. Therefore, warranty and return processes are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Return Conditions

• Since all products are made-to-order, returns are not accepted except in cases of significant production or quality-related defects.
• If a production or quality issue is identified, the customer must notify Dion Furniture Design in writing.
• Following inspection, any return or replacement process shall only be evaluated upon prior approval by Dion Furniture Design.

2. Warranty Coverage

• Warranty claims cover only defects arising from manufacturing and workmanship.
• Any warranty, damage, or compensation claim shall be limited to the purchase value of the related product.

3. Usage and Material Conditions

• Oxidation, discoloration, or surface deformation caused by leaving metal-surfaced products in humid or unsuitable conditions are excluded from warranty coverage.
• As upholstery fabric manufacturers do not guarantee their products against wear, friction, or fading caused by sunlight exposure, Dion Furniture Design accepts no responsibility for such conditions.
• Damage caused by misuse, impact, chemical exposure, or customer-related handling of glass, marble, or delicate surfaces shall be excluded from warranty coverage.

4. General Provisions

Dion Furniture Design reserves the right to amend the warranty and return conditions whenever deemed necessary. Updated conditions shall become effective as of the date they are published on the website.
