Delivery Conditions

All products manufactured by Dion Furniture Design are prepared within the scope of made-to-order production planning, and delivery processes are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Delivery Time

• The average delivery time for standard products ranges between 8–12 weeks.
• The final delivery date is determined by Dion Furniture Design based on production planning and order details.
• Customers will be informed approximately 1–2 weeks prior to the scheduled delivery.
• Dion Furniture Design shall not be held responsible for delays caused by supply chain issues, logistics, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the company’s control.

2. Shipping and Delivery

• In cases where delivery is postponed at the customer’s request after scheduling, any additional shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
• Re-delivery within Istanbul is subject to a transportation fee of 10,000 TL.
• For deliveries outside Istanbul, additional transportation charges may apply based on distance and mileage.
• If crane service, freight elevators, or special handling equipment are required for delivery, all related costs shall be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Storage and Undelivered Products

• If the customer fails to accept or receive the scheduled delivery, the products may be stored free of charge for up to 1 month.
• After the 1-month period, weekly storage and handling fees may apply.

4. Liability and Warranty

• All products are covered under Dion Furniture Design’s responsibility until they reach the delivery location.
• Any customer-caused damage, misuse, or deformation occurring after delivery shall be excluded from warranty coverage.
